Immunotherapy holds significant importance and broad prospects in the treatment of endometrial cancer. Traditional treatment methods have limited efficacy for advanced or recurrent patients, while immunotherapy can activate the patient's own immune system to attack tumor cells, offering more precise and effective treatment outcomes. Personalized immunotherapy can select the most suitable treatment plan based on the patient's immune and tumor characteristics, improving therapeutic effects and reducing side effects. Immunotherapy demonstrates enduring treatment effects, prolonging patient survival and enhancing quality of life. Combined with other treatment modalities, immunotherapy forms a comprehensive therapeutic strategy, augmenting treatment efficacy. Future research and innovation will further drive the application of immunotherapy in the treatment of endometrial cancer. The purpose of this review is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the disease, analyze the efficacy and safety of existing methods, and explore future research directions and challenges. Through the presentation and analysis of these contents, valuable information and references can be provided to the public, promoting research and application of immunotherapy for endometrial cancer and advancing medical progress and treatment innovation.
