Abstract
In the present report, a 52-year-old male was diagnosed with Philadelphia chromosome positive CML and treated with imatinib mesylate therapy. He went into morphologic, cytogenetic and molecular remission. After few months of remission, patient developed progressive anemia. On routine hematological investigations, it is pointing towards the diagnosis of chronic lymph proliferative disorder. Clonality of CLL was confirmed by flow cytometry. We described the morphologic, cytogenetic, immunophenotyping, and molecular findings in this patient.
